Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the Elegant Tab extension provided by CouponRoller LTD. By using the Elegant Tab extension, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the Elegant Tab extension.
a"Elegant Tab extension" refers to the browser extension, including all its files and components, provided by CouponRoller LTD. b. "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity using the Elegant Tab extension under the terms of this EULA. c. "Licensor" refers to CouponRoller LTD, a company registered under the laws of Israel, with the registered address at Eilat 61, Tel Aviv, Israel. Registration number: 516624160.
2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, CouponRoller LTD hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Elegant Tab extension on a single device for personal or business purposes.
2.2 The Licensee may make one copy of the Elegant Tab extension for backup purposes.
2.3 The license granted is limited to the version of the Elegant Tab extension that is currently available and does not entitle the Licensee to receive future updates, upgrades, or new releases unless provided separately and subject to a new agreement.
3.1 The Licensee shall not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Elegant Tab extension, in whole or in part. The Licensee shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the source code of the Elegant Tab extension.
3.2 The Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Elegant Tab extension to any third party without prior written consent from CouponRoller LTD.
3.3 The Licensee shall not use the Elegant Tab extension for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the dissemination of malicious code, hacking, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
3.4 The Licensee shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Elegant Tab extension.
3.5 The Licensee shall not use the Elegant Tab extension in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality or security of the Elegant Tab extension or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Elegant Tab extension.
3.6 The Licensee shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Elegant Tab extension.
3.7 The Elegant Tab extension may include third-party components or libraries. Any use of such third-party components or libraries is subject to their respective licenses and terms.
4.1 The Elegant Tab extension and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and know-how, are and will remain the exclusive property of CouponRoller LTD.
4.2 The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that any suggestions, feedback, or improvements provided by the Licensee related to the Elegant Tab extension shall become the property of CouponRoller LTD, and the Licensee hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such suggestions, feedback, or improvements to CouponRoller LTD.
4.3 Nothing in this EULA shall be construed as granting the Licensee any right or license to use any trademarks, service marks, or logos associated with the Elegant Tab extension without the express written permission of CouponRoller LTD.
5.1 CouponRoller LTD may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or other support for the Elegant Tab extension. Such updates and support may be provided through online channels or other methods deemed appropriate by CouponRoller LTD.
5.2 The Licensee understands that they are entitled to updates and support only during the term of this EULA, and CouponRoller LTD reserves the right to discontinue providing updates and support at any time without prior notice.
5.3 CouponRoller LTD shall not be obligated to provide any new features, improvements, or bug fixes in future versions of the Elegant Tab extension, although it may do so at its discretion.
6.1 The Elegant Tab extension is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 CouponRoller LTD does not warrant that the Elegant Tab extension will be error-free or meet the Licensee's requirements. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Elegant Tab extension remains with the Licensee.
6.3 CouponRoller LTD makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the Elegant Tab extension.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CouponRoller LTD be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Elegant Tab extension.
7.2 The Licensee acknowledges that the use of the Elegant Tab extension is at their own risk. CouponRoller LTD shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from any content displayed within the Elegant Tab extension or any third-party websites accessed through it.
8.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. CouponRoller LTD may terminate this EULA at any time if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Elegant Tab extension and destroy all copies of the Elegant Tab extension in its possession.
8.2 The Licensee may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling or disabling the Elegant Tab extension.
9.1 This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
10.1 If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and CouponRoller LTD concerning the Elegant Tab extension and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. By using the Elegant Tab extension, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
